No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, it is 10x5 meters and 0.5 to 2 meters deep. It is open from mid-May to September.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
No. The nearest Internet café is in Cortona 9km away. The nearest public phone is in Montecchio 1km away
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within 1km there is a small grocery shop in Montecchio, otherwise 2km away there is a supermarket.
