What were the highlights of your holiday? Our trip to Venice, although a little far, was delightful. However, we also enjoyed our days just hanging out at the villa. The special dinner, cooked by the staff at Villa Borghese, was superb, and so plentiful, we had leftovers for several days. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool, especially since the weather was so very hot while we were there. There were delightful breezes in the evening, making sleeping a wonderful experience.
what was your overall impression of the accommodation?    We loved Casa al Ponte. The villa was comfortable, and beautiful, just like the photos indicated. We ate dinners every night on the patio, after a late afternoon swim in the private pool.
Did you have any unpleasant surprises? We never did find the hotel to drop off our deposit, but no one seemed to mind or come looking for it.
Do you have any other comments? It would be helpful to have suggestions about where to get groceries (we used the COOP in Figline, which was quite an experience from our supermarkets!) Another helpful idea might be to have links to public transportation -- we could have really used easy access to a train schedule.

What were the highlights of your holiday? The scenery was spectacular. We all really enjoyed the one evening we stayed at the villa, barbecued and drank wine. It was a super event.
what was your overall impression of the accommodation?    Great - I would recommend it to everyone and I would use it again.
Did you have any unpleasant surprises? Yes, Delta airlines not getting my sons' luggage to them for 2 1/2 days.
Do you have any other comments? Thanks for everything - you exceeded all our expectations and Tuscany was just a great place to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with our family.

(once only for a few hours, the next day from the morning till the evening),and noone let us know about it.
