Pasta fresca (frische Nudeln)

    Zutaten: 
    200g Grießmehl
    2 Eier

    1. Das Grießmehl auf den Tisch geben und in der Mitte eine Vertiefung machen. Die Eier in die Vertiefung aufschlagen.
    2. Von der Mitte nach außen vermischen und dabei mit Hilfe einer Gabel das Mehl von außen nach innen bringen.
    3. Gut vermischen und den Teig mindestens 15 Minuten lang kneten, bis er glatt ist.
    4. Den Teig in eine Schüssel geben und mit Klarsichtfolie bedecken. Mindestens eine halbe Stunde im Kühlschrank ruhen lassen.

    Für andere Portionen jeweils 1 Ei für jeweils 100 g Mehl verwenden.
