    Zutaten:
    100 g Zartbitterschokolade
    50 g Mehl + etwas Mehl für die Formen
    2 Eier
    3 Eigelb
    100 g Zucker
    100 g Butter + etwas mehr zum Einfetten der Formen

    1. Die Schokolade in kleine Stücke hacken. Zusammen mit der Butter in einem Wasserbad schmelzen und unter weiterem Rühren abkühlen.
    2. Mit einem Schneebesen die Eier und Eigelb in einer Schüssel schlagen.
    3. Den Zucker und dann das gesiebte Mehl zugeben und gut verrühren. Zuletzt die geschmolzene Schokolade in die Mischung geben.
    4. Die Mischung in 4 eingefettete und bemehlte Kuchenformen gießen. In einem vorgeheizten Umluftofen bei 180°C 14-12 Minuten backen.
    5. Nach dem Backen 1 Minute ruhen lassen. Die Kuchen dann noch warm servieren.
