    Zutaten
    600g Tomaten - gemischt
    200g Ciabatta-Brot, bevorzugt altbacken
    6 Esslöffel Olivenöl
    Salz
    Pfeffer
    5 g frisches Basilikum

    1. Das Ciabatta-Brot in Würfel schneiden und zum Austrocknen beiseitestellen. Bei Bedarf im Ofen leicht anrösten.
    2. Die Tomaten schneiden und in eine große Schüssel geben. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
    3. Das Brot zugeben und alles vermischen.
    4. Das Olivenöl zugeben. Bei Bedarf etwas mehr zugeben.
    5. Das Basilikum zerkleinern und untermischen. Servieren.
